University Park KC Club Collected Coats & Art Supplies for Children in Juarez, Mexico

The University Park Kindness & Compassion Club collected 30 gently used and new coats from January 4 – 8 for boys and girls of Juarez, Mexico. In addition to the coats, a box full of coloring books and another box full of art supplies were donated from the families of University Park Elementary to the children of Juarez. The items were delivered over the weekend by UP Elementary Spanish teacher, Señora Lawton, who was on a mission trip with Greenland Hills United Methodist Church of Dallas working with Proyecto Abrigo of Juarez, Mexico.
